Return Policy

Product Purchases

MattandRandy.com and its affiliated entities provides a full refund, for physical products (books, manuals, CDs, DVDs etc.) if the product is returned within 30 days.  There are no refunds on shipping or postage fees.

Refund Requests must be made in writing 30 calendar days from product receipt to info@mattandrandy.com.

All returns must include the actual product in resalable condition with all the CDs and DVDs intact. All packages must be sent back Return Receipt through the U.S. postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) within TEN (10) DAYS of the request to return. MattandRandy.com and its affiliated entities is not responsible, and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received with 10 calendar days of the request for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returning the product. It is your responsibility to package the product well to avoid damage during shipping.

Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt of all product returned in saleable condition.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership services should be cancelled in writing to info@mattandrandy.com and your request will be processed within 3 business days. Your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further recurring charges will occur.

Electronic Product Refund Policy

There are no refunds for EBooks, Video or Audio files, forms, software or any other item purchased and received/downloaded for use via the internet.

Seminar Refund Policy

Seminar refunds must be requested in writing by email or facsimile. There are NO refunds for “no shows” or cancellations less than 48 hours before the event.

Coaching Program Refund Policy

Coaching Program payments are subject to the terms and conditions in the Coaching Services Agreement (CSA) and are nonrefundable. The Coaching Program CSA must be signed and submitted before making any payment. The Coaching Program CSA will be presented to all approved applicants as part of the extensive interview process required to join the program.

Duty to Read

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
