*All who request entering the JV/Mentoring Program are required to complete an application for review. Not all applicants will be approved for the program so please provide as much relevant information as possible so that we may make an accurate assessment. In order to preserve the quality and integrity of this service, there is limited space available for the program.

²Availability of funds and cost of funds will vary from time to time based on lender requirements.
³Training will occur in the Tampa Bay area. Mentees are responsible for all travel, lodging, meal and other incidental costs that may arise. Mentees are required to book their training in advance with Matt & Randy’s office.
⁴Receive the amount of funds spent on the program credited back at the first closing, provided that there is enough income in the transaction to support the credit. Mentee must be active in the program to receive the credit. Credit is valid for first year in the program. Credit has no cash value.
